Saint Leo University: Top 100 Degrees for Minorities
With so many colleges suffering from an imbalance in cultural diversity, lists like the Top 100 Degrees for Minorities is quintessential to finding the most diverse and rich colleges in the nation. Diverse Issues in Higher Education released the list of the Top 100 Degree Producers in 2007 for both African-Americans and Minorities, listing colleges from all over the United States that excel in minority and African-American education. One of the colleges that showed up consistently in both lists is Saint Leo University, which happens to not only be friendly to minorities, but is also a military-friendly school.
Saint Leo University was included in both the Top 100 Degree Producers for African-Americans in 2007 and the Top 100 Degree Producers for Minorities in 2007. This is especially applicable for business degrees. In 2005, Saint Leo University awarded 339 business degrees to African-Americans, constituting over thirty percent of the business degree graduates that year.
