U.S. Department of Education Gets Edgy With New College Site
The United States Department of Education recently launched College.gov to assist students and parents go to college and how.
The site is divided up into three sections. The first is “Why Go” which includes rationale such as boost your earnings, find your passion or prove your potential. The next section explains “What To Do” which details how to find schools, take tests, apply for admission and let’s prospective students define their college roadmap. The last section provides very informative information on “How To Pay”. Everything from the basics, to what is available and how to apply for federal student aid.
It’s a very edgy site especially considering it’s a government created site.
